You can delete your Tommy's Express account if you wish. While we're sorry to see you go, we understand and respect your choice.
To delete your account, please follow these steps from the main map screen in the mobile app:
1.) Tap the three lines in the top corner
2.) Tap 'Account Details'
3.) Tap the pencil icon
4.) Scroll down to the 'request my personal data be deleted' button
5.) Follow the link and complete the form
Once we receive your request, we will process the removal of your information.
If you decide to join us again in the future, you’re always welcome to create a new account. We’d be happy to have you back as part of the Tommy's Express Car Wash family.
