If you don’t see a red 'push to start' button on the vacuum you’re using, you can activate it through the mobile app instead.
- Login to the Tommy's Express app
- Tap 'Locations' on the bottom left
- Find your location from the list or via the map
- Select location
- Tap 'Services'
- Tap the dot pattern under 'Select VAC Number'
- Enter the vacuum number you're at
- Select 'Vacuum'
- Press start
That’s all there is to it! You can turn the vacuum on and off from here. If you run into any issues, just let the on-site vacuum attendant know—they’ll be glad to help.
