If you no longer have a listed vehicle and remove it from your garage, you can remove it from your account by following the steps below in the Tommy's Express app:
- Tap the plate number in question
- Tap the ‘edit’ button in the top right
- Tap ‘Remove Vehicle’
- Tap ‘Confirm’
If you had a subscription on this vehicle, you will need to transfer the remaining wash time to another vehicle, because removing the vehicle will end any wash time you have left.
If you've been billed for a recurring subscription and haven't washed your vehicle since having renewed, please reach out to us if you're looking to request a credit or refund. Our system doesn't automatically process a refund for remaining wash time, so this will need to be done manually.
