How to add a code
1.) Tap 'Redeem' in the bottom navigational row on the app's Home Screen.
2.) Scan the QR code, or type in your redemption code
3.) Tap 'Next'
4.) Select the vehicle you would like to add the code to
5.) Tap 'Next'
6.) Check over the details on this screen, ensuring the wash site, wash package, and discount amounts are correct
7.) Turn On/Off auto-renew (gift cards only)
8.) Check the box that you understand that the membership is renewing (This must be selected even if Auto-Renew is off)
9.) Tap 'Continue' and then on the next screen, 'Confirm', this will add the code
10.) Tap 'Done' to return to the navigation screen
Errors that could occur:
If you cannot select your vehicle at step 4, that means the code you're trying to use is not available for your vehicle's current plan. This could be due to the site of the code being different from the site of the plan your car is under, or the wash types being different. For example, a works coupon cannot be applied to a car that currently has a quality plan.
Sorry, request unsuccessful at step 9. This often means the payment was declined, and we cannot charge the remaining amount after the discount.
PayPerWash Codes
These codes discount single washes and not a monthly plan. To avoid charges, these codes need to be added before you wash. The code must also be added to your account, and you must wash before the expiration date. If you add the code and then wash after the expiration date, the code will no longer work.
Gift Card Codes
Gift card codes are not monetary; instead, they are pre-paid cards for a set amount of wash time (for example, 30 or 90 days). They're the only codes we offer that allow you to opt out of auto-renewal. They're also the only code that doesn't require a CC to be added (if auto-renewal is turned off). Gift cards can be purchased on our main website and at a local wash site. If purchased online, the gift card is mailed out, the card is physical and not electronic. Gift cards cannot be upgraded, downgraded, or refunded after purchase. If auto-renewal has been opted out of, these codes do not need to be canceled. They will cancel automatically once their duration is up.
Errors that could occur:
If you add a 90-day code, you may notice your next billing date is still in 30 days. This is due to the membership working in 30-day periods; your gift card code will continue to be discounted for a full 90-day period.
Forgot to opt out of auto-renewal. You cannot retroactively opt out if you forgot to opt out during the redemption process. You must cancel during the last 30-day period to prevent any renewals.

Pro-rates: When a code bills before the discount period it offers, that's due to a pre-existing subscription on the account, causing the second (the vehicle using the code) to prorate. You established a monthly renewal date when you first signed up for a renewing subscription. This date is universal for all of the vehicles on your account that are set to renew. An example of this to visualize:
A billing date of the 1st, and a renewing code was added on the 15th, will see a $0.00 charge on the 15th, and then a half price prorate on the 1st of the following month. This is due to half the gift card time being used before the 1st, and half being used after, with the prorate covering the second half of the latter month that is not covered by the gift card. Prorates are collected at the first available billing date.
Queuing up codes: Codes can only be queued up in succession if they're auto-renewing. You'll be able to add codes using the same process as the original code and select the vehicle on which you wish to stack all the codes. The codes will then take place once the duration of the code ahead of them is up.
