To deactivate your Tommy's Express subscription, open the app, select your vehicle, tap 'modify,' choose ‘Deactivate Plan,’ select a reason, and confirm twice. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges; each vehicle's subscription must be canceled separately. No pro-rated refunds are given, but washes remain usable until the billing cycle ends. Manage your account via the Tommy's Express Member Portal.

To deactivate your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Open the Tommy's Express app
- Choose the vehicle you'd like to deactivate
- Tap drop down next to 'modify'
- Select ‘Deactivate Plan’
- Pick the reason for deactivation
- Tap ‘Deactivate Vehicle Plan'
- Tap ‘Deactivate plan’ once again
- Tap the 'X' in the top right to close
Make sure to cancel your membership before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been deactivated. Please note that each vehicle's wash subscription needs to be canceled separately.
Deactivating does not create a pro-rated refund. If you’re partway through a wash period, you can still use your washes until the end of your current billing cycle.
