Please follow the directions below to upgrade or downgrade your wash subscription in the Tommy's Express app.
- Tap the plate number in question
- Tap ‘Upgrade' or 'Modify plan'
- Select the wash plan you would like to upgrade/downgrade to
- Tap the ‘I understand box’
- Tap ‘Add to cart’
- Tap ‘Join the club’
UPGRADING: your plan takes effect immediately. You will immediately receive a prorated charge based on your billing date. Your account will retain your existing billing cycle based on your original sign-up date.
DOWNGRADING: the downgrade will take effect on the following billing date. Your next renewal will be for the adjusted price, and your service will then be changed.
