If you purchased a pre-paid month of washing at the cashier window of your local Tommy's Express, you will find an 8-digit redemption code along with a QR code at the top of your receipt to redeem this to your account. This code can be redeemed through the 'Add Coupon' option on the main menu of the Tommy's Express app.
If you still have the receipt with the code, please add that code in the Tommy's Express app. If you have an active subscription already, your coupon will queue on your account and apply on your next renewal and billing date.

In order to locate the redemption code, we'll need to first locate the purchase you made. If you no longer have your receipt, please send us the following information:
- Type of card used (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- The last four digits of your card
- Expiration date
- Amount of purchase
- Purchase date (if known)
