You can use our Tommy's Express app in two ways. Our UNLIMITED monthly membership is a subscription that lets you wash your vehicle as many times as you'd like each month. When you sign up, the credit card you provide will be charged (unless you joined through a promotion), and you'll be billed monthly for your subscription.
Our PayPerWash option allows you to enter your credit card in the app and use our app lanes without committing to a monthly subscription. You'll be charged the full price for each wash you choose, with no recurring fees—just pay for each wash as you go.
You can switch your user type anytime. If you switch from PayPerWash to an UNLIMITED monthly subscription, please note that your monthly fee will be charged right away.
If you switch from a subscription to PayPerWash, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be charged per wash.
To switch to PayPerWash:
- Select the vehicle you want
- Tap drop down next to 'modify'
- Select ‘Deactivate Plan’
- Select 'Deactivate unlimited plan and convert to Pay Per Wash'
Make sure to choose an option from the PayPerWash column, as selecting another Unlimited Club plan will result in an immediate charge.
